Card on file will not be charged unless you last minute cancel or no show ! You must reschedule/cancel within 24 hours of the time of your appointment. A confirmation text/email is sent 24 hours in advance to ensure a reminder was given. A 50% fee will be applied if cancelled after the 24 hours . Please make sure to confirm your appointment. You have a 10 minute grace period to show up to your scheduled appointment before being considered late. There is a 50% late cancelation fee that will be applied if we need to reschedule. No Call No Show to your appointment will result in an automatic 100% charge of the service booked. I do not work on top of other nail technician's work please come with bare nails .
